In times of the Holy Roman empire, Fréjus was an important harbour. The ruins of the Roman amphitheatre and other buildings of the Roman times are definitly worth a visit.
In the city you will find lots of cafés, restaurants and supermarkets.
The former old harbour has been rebuilt in 1992 into the marina Port-Fréjus. Nice restaurants, boutiques, pedestrian areas and Thalasso-therapy centres are nearby.
Recommendable are the street by the coast of the mountain Estérel, the zoo and Lake Saint Cassien.
Beach of Port Fréjus
The beach of Port Frejus is just 20 minutes away from the Résodemce Miro by car. The toll is only about 2,50€ one way and will save you lots of time. If you have more time we can recommend the scenic route along the coastline.
You can park your car close to the beach. Normaly there are enough parking spaces avaiable.
