Linen and towels included for short stays.
At the moment of your reservation we ask for a deposit of 30% to guarantee your reservation. The rest is to be paid at your arrival in cash or by credit card or by banking transfer before arriving at our place.
The caution is 200 Euro in cash. We will give it back to you the day of your departure.
Arrival time: up from 4 pm the day of arrival
Departure time: 10 am at latest the day of departure
Tourist tax
Starting 1st of January 2011 the Communauté d'Agglomération Dracénoise installed a tourist tax in our area. This tax will be percepted all year and is not included in our rates. The tax is 0,75€ par person and night (kids until 13 years are exonorated).
Cleaning
If you decide not to clean your apartment yourself after your vacation, the following amount will be charged:
