In times of the Holy Roman empire, Fréjus was an important harbour.

You may want to visit the ruin of the amphitheatre and other buildings of the latin times.

In the city, you will find beautiful café`s, restaurants and supermarkets.

The former old harbour has been rebuilt in 1992 into the marina Port-Fréjus. Nice restaurants, boutiques, pedestrian areas and Thalasso-therapy centres are nearby.

Recommendable are the street by the coast of the mountain Estérel, the zoo and Lake Saint Cassien.
